"I was very much impressed by the customer service. I had difficulty locating a couple of items and Isaiah, an employee, kindly walked over and asked what I was looking for. He informed me of the aisle, but when I couldn't find the item. He took initiative, found the item, and walked over to me. He was very helpful. Thank you, Isaiah!"

"Terrific personnel at self-checkout! The rest of the store isn't too good. No apparent management- or maybe there's no management at this location. No one in the deli or bakery most days. I checkout my own groceries because the bangers load them so heavy, I can't lift them! I have 12 bags & they'll use 3 or 4. I was really tired of having to repack my purchases in the trunk of my car, too. Finally, many of the good, efficient people have disappeared. The "management" seems to have a problem keeping good workers or is intimidated or jealous of good workers. I go to Mequon Metro for great people & service now."
